Arborists specialize specifically in trees. Horticulturists have broader expertise across the full spectrum of landscape plants — including trees, shrubs, ground covers, turf, and specialty plants. We bring both perspectives, with particular depth in desert-adapted and Arizona-specific plant communities.
Yes — and often, the longer a problem has persisted without resolution, the more valuable a fresh, independent assessment becomes. Chronic landscape failures almost always have an underlying cause that hasn't been identified. Continuing to replace plants without a diagnosis is expensive and ineffective.
Absolutely. We work alongside landscape contractors regularly — our role is to give you and them better information, not to replace them. A good landscape contractor will welcome an independent expert's input on a problem they've been unable to solve.
Most initial diagnostic visits fall in the range of $500-$1,500+ depending on property size, complexity, and location zone. Larger properties, multi-site engagements, and ongoing oversight programs are scoped individually. We'll give you a scope estimate before you commit.
No, this is not a focus area for our business.
Our oversight programs are tailored to the needs of each site. We visit commercial and residential client properties on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, based on need.
Yes. Due to the nature of our business working with construction, HOAs and high-net worth estates, NDAs are commonplace for us. Also, we never share photographs or project details without explicit permission. These details are all covered in your onboarding experience.
